Flexible and Customizable Curriculum
Electives make up 50% of the curriculum, which includes two optional concentrations: Leading in Business Settings or Healthcare Leadership.
Graduate certificate curriculum
The certificate program consists of 15 credit hours. Courses include:

Master’s degree curriculum
The organizational leadership program consists of 18 core credits and 18 elective credits and delivers an interdisciplinary understanding of leadership principles and applications.

Admission requirements
Master’s degree admission requirements
The Master of Science in Organizational Leadership program requires the following:
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a recommended 3.0 GPA or higher
- Official transcripts from all educational institutions attended
- A personal statement of approximately 500 words that describes your professional goals and how this degree will help you reach them
- Applicants may submit a letter of recommendation if they believe it will enhance their application file; however, letters of recommendation are not required
- Personal interview (at the request of the admissions committee)
International students are eligible for this program and F-1 visas may be supported upon admission, dependent on your chosen format. For admission, international applicants must:
- Meet English language proficiency requirements
- Submit a Certification of Available Finances Form through the Global Engagement Office if admitted
Graduate certificate admission requirements
For the graduate certificate program, applicants must:
- Complete an application.
- Provide an updated curriculum vitae or resume.
- Provide an official transcript from the institution that granted your bachelor’s degree.
- Submit a personal statement that describes your interest in the graduate certificate program.
